The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that the online ordering process is a bit complicated. I’d be happy to provide suggestions for improvement if needed. As I understand it, only agencies can call in orders, and it would be great if individual users could easily place orders over the phone as well. When I go on vacation, the person I help goes without meals. Dietary restrictions: If I were to use this service personally, I would appreciate more gluten-free options. Kid-friendliness: I admire the way you support families. Bless your hearts!
