My order is usually perfect except this time I was a little bit cold and according to the tracking it was 10 minutes late which would explain the cold pizza. Also when ordering online they need to be more options when you can change your address as my job is house to house. And I would also like to know how to add extra toppings on to a pizza when it doesn't give you that option thank you View all feedback.

The worst customer experience ever at any pizza hut location, staff and the manager doesn’t have any respect for customers. Ordered two pizzas which were raw and not baked properly. Yates online website was down. Esquimalt couldn't deliver to our location but one employee went above and beyond. Called us back and asked if we wanted him to transfer it to yates for us. Saved pizza night!
This is the best Pizza Hut that I have visited in over 25 years, and the pizza was great.

They took my order, and never ordered my pizza… I waited 1.5 hours for my pizza…. Do not order from this place… never been more disappointed. Called back and they said I never ordered.
