I've been looking for a good banh mi in Victoria for months. Much to my surprise the best sandwich at the best price with the nicest service was in a FOOD COURT of all places. Pho Boy in the Mayfair Mall food court served up a delicious "Saigon Sub" on fresh, tasty bread with crispy veggies and flavourful chicken. I'm looking forward to going back to try other meat options. The staff were careful to respect my needs... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pho Boi:
Stopped by for a quick lunch and we found the restaurant to be ok. There are some areas that could be improved. Details in cleanliness would definitely help. The food was ok and overall nothing memorable. Not overly impressed or underwhelmed. Generally just an average experience. View all feedback.
We had the pho and the rice dish and both were tasty and piping hot :-) Overall a good place for a lunch on the go.

I'm looking forward to going back to try other meat options. The staff were careful to respect my needs to withhold cilantro (allergy) and jalapeños. I didn't go all the way to 5 only because I thought the chicken portion could have been a little more generous.Aside from that Pho Boy is my new go-to place for sandwiches!
My wife and I each ordered a large bowl of noodle with all the meat ingredients they offered. The food was very tasty and filling. Up to standard Vietnamese noodle dish. The restaurant was clean and the waitress was friendly.
While not as good as a true pho restaurant, for a food court option it is easily the best "fast-food" version of pho I've had. Service is not great, lady at the till always seems angry, but for price and how quick it is, the food is decent.
