Panago Pizza - Victoria

Usually my order is exceptionally fast, under 10 minutes. Bonus that I can also collect More Rewards points. Very happy they moved closer to downtown!

Panago Pizza isn't particularly good, and it's more expensive than most pizza chains in Victoria. Also for the BBQ chicken pizza you need to cut your onions more thinly use less of them or caramelize them or something so the pizza doesn't just taste like onions. In order to be worth visiting you need to lower your prices.

I’d rate this location zero stars if I could. We ordered pizzas for a birthday two weeks ago and they were terribly made with little to no cheese or toppings. They swore it was a mistake… well here is my pizza tonight. Does this look like an acceptable amount of cheese?? They are so cheap with toppings.

We came to Victoria for our Vacation. I am a loyal customer for Panago Pizza. We ordered a XL Pizza last night, but you could barely find any topping on it. It was my worst experience. I do not know who is managing this location since they have many complaints.

I'm positive the girl at the counter thinks the purpose of wearing gloves is to keep her hands clean and not for food safe purposes. She kept her gloves on the whole time I was in there and I paid cash, then she went right back to work without changing gloves. No second chances with something so simple. Don't even get me started on the fact I asked for 12pm pickup and when I got there they hadn't even started my order and the oven was empty. Zero stars
