McDonald's - Victoria

Pretty busy, but the staff still welcomes you with a cheerful smile under the masks. Order is taken very quickly and processed and you get your food hot and delicious. The restaurant now allows to eat inside while I used to eat outside on the tables in the courtyard in good weather and in my truck in bad weather. Clean and pleasant smell, wheelchair access.

Yeah, it's very true that all McD's are pretty good. Some are a little better than others, some are a little worse. The Nicol St. Nanaimo location is unfit for wild dogs, and this is nowhere near as bad as it is quite close to the average. That was said how many other McDs the hygiene needs urgent attention. The seats and tables are not wiped anywhere near often enough, and the washrooms are a shame. They are usually from some bakery articles after about 9, but I guess that's understandable. I have a big Mac with more salad than I've ever seen before, so I can't blame them for being generous with the green. The staff is everywhere: a few are stars and the rest seem to count only the minutes until they get their paycheque. This McD is a McD...

I can't go wrong with Mcdonalds. a little difficult to order with the screens, but can go to the counter. ask for spices.

Not a big fan of the service at this place and the counter for condiments is usually dirty with Ketchup all over it and just basically messy.

It's a great location and there is enough parking. inside is nicely laid out and clean enough. servers look like they are trying hard. but there is huge confusion among staff: orders getting mixed up, people complaining about waiting. perhaps the manager needs to pay attention.
