We've lived in the area for over 10 years and have seen a few different owners at Ma Miller's Pub. New owners just recently opened the pub which had been closed for quite a while. The pub has only been open a week and we've already visited a few times. The food is fabulous. Everything we've tried has been very good. What User doesn't like about Ma Miller's Goldstream Inn:
The wife an myself stopped for lunch and decided to have the cheeseburger with bacon. Upon biting into the burger I noticed mine was red inside (not cooked), upon further examination I noticed (as well as the wife) that there was no bacon or cheese. I told the waitress the bacon and cheese were missing and she said, "no it,s not, it's inside of the burger. Of coarse it wasn't so we will be striking that place off of... View all feedback.
After arriving from Seattle into Victoria, we had a 3 hour journey up the coast to Campbell River and we wanted to grab a bite to eat. As we had already started our long trek we were going through the town of Langford and saw a sign advertising Ma Miller's. We decided to give them a try. We are very happy we did. From the friendly greeting from Jessica to the wonderful service and food, we were hooked. The Pub was clean and very cozy. I say we were hooked because on our way back to Victoria 4 days later we decided to come back. My advice to anyone travelling out of Victoria and passing by Langford, it would be wise to take the 1 mile detour to just try this establishment. You will not be disappointed. My wife thoroughly enjoyed the Stuffed Yorkshire Puddings as I enjoyed their Fish and Chips. The Poutine also was a smash hit. If we lived here, instead of the US, this would be our "local". Our thanks also go out to the owner Kathy, who went out of her way to greet us and to welcome us back. I'm hoping the bad reviews I just read referred to the previous owner as I believe Kathy is the new owner and has made a tremendous effort to turn the negatives into positives. A special hello goes out to TuTu.

They also have a soup and sandwich special for $7 that is quite the deal. Their soups have been scrumptious and sandwiches are not just the canned type but ones like a BBQ Pork Sandwich on bun and a Grilled Ham, Cheese and Tomatoes. Their wings are outstanding and their Fish Tacos were scrumptious. If you are in the area stop by and try out the new and improved Ma Miller's Pub.

We stopped in on our way back up Island. Dad ordered the lamb burger and I had the Ultimate burger. Both were absolutely terrible! Dad could not even eat his. It tasted off and was overdone. The soup that it came with looked like it was from a can. The taste was awful. My burger was to come with cheese on it, however did not. I paid extra for Caesar salad but could not eat it as the lettuce had gone brown. The waitress did her best and took one meal off which was appreciated. We will not be back.
Love bringing my family hereLots of options and always tastyFriendly staff and good prices.
