On my quest for the best lobster rolls in our trip to Prince Edward Island, this one at the Lobster Barn in Victoria was by far the best. Easily a pound of lobster meat over flowing the bun. Exceptionally delicious flavours. And I had tried many. Not cheap but definitely worth it! Lobster dinner $56. Served cold from the fridge, uncut apparently. Plastic knife and fork provided so good luck eating it. This was during lobster harvesting season. Potato salad best I’ve ever had. The miss working the window was brusque. Was hoping for more flavor? Freshness? Value? Don’t know. Disappointed for lobster bought from the dock where they unload the boats.
