The staff at this restaurant are friendly and courteous with a positive demeanor. I have visited multiple times in the past few days and the food is consistently fresh. This is one of the top fast food places in Victoria with affordable prices.
Unfortunately, this restaurant is now permanently closed. However, when it was open, it offered good quality food and fast, friendly service with no long waits. The only drawback was that it sometimes closed early and could have used a fresh coat of paint.
I have been a loyal customer of this KFC branch for almost three decades, but unfortunately it has recently shut down with no plans to reopen. The only remaining locations are inside Mayfair mall, on Douglas St near Mayfair mall, and in Langford.
I have contrasting experiences. Some of the people here are very friendly. On the other hand on of the manager is not welcoming, he should take a course or something on Customerservice.
Seems to be only kfc location with spicy recipe awesome
