Fresh Tandoori Flavour Indian Royal Oak

I will never visit this restaurant again. I have been here a few times and the buffet was terrible, with many health violations. There were even hairs in the naan bread and curry. When we informed the staff, they did not apologize and simply removed the sign. We gave them another chance, but the rice pudding tasted old and unappetizing. The waiters were rude and seemed to rush customers out. It is surprising that this restaurant is still in business. A father and son at the table next to us complained in Punjabi about the food quality and were told to take it or leave it. The lack of customer service and food quality is shocking. I do not recommend this place for anyone who values clean and quality food and good service. It seems they are only interested in taking your money without caring about the food they serve.

I visited this restaurant on a weekend and had a wonderful experience. The staff was well-trained and very polite. The food was fresh and the ambiance was not monotonous. Overall, everything was excellent!

I ordered takeout and the staff was extremely friendly. They didn't have the dish I usually get, so they offered to customize another dish for me. I waited in my car and they even brought the food out to me when it was ready. The food was delicious as well. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning soon!
