Delivered pizza for an employee function, 1 Hawaiian, 1 meat lover, 1 classic. Crust was good when hot but could not pass the old/second day test. Toppings were average.

I ordered one of their special mid pizzas, rather low compared to the rest of their menu. I picked it up myself because it's on the street. The pizza was thin, very light coat of sauce, minimal cheese and toppings and tasteless, the worst pizza I had in years. I guess you'll get what you pay at Dominos. A complaint to the national website did not reply. Very disappointed.

We have ordered from Dominoes before and were satisfied even though, it was met and missed from time to time. This evening was the worst pizza ever!! We ordered a regular paprika and a spinach, cheese and roasted red pepper we enjoyed in the past. Today's delivery came with the pfefferoni pizza unconsistently cooked (some parts of the dough uncooked) spinach and cheese pizza had the spinach on the cheese that dried it and flaky like seaweed. Not what we wanted. Customer service accepted the complaint and offered to send a re-order for the spinach/cheese combo we liked to receive. Unfortunately, the newly ordered spinach pizza was even worse than the first. Under boiled, uneven dough, spinach on the so-called cheese (again after we have complained about it) like dried seaweed and where was the cheese anyway. Maybe it's time to find a new pizza provider.

I had a pizza here that was a bit burned when I got it, so I wrote in. I was blown away by the customer service and the effort that the manager (Bill) put in to correct it. He took time out of his weekend to make sure I was taken care of, and I think this speaks volumes. It's hard to find customer service like this nowadays. Thanks Domino's!
