Domino's Pizza - Victoria

Krista, is a jewel! Top Notch customer service.., I don’t even care how the pizza turns out (although I’m glad to try the crispy thin crust, and you can never go wrong with pepperoni and bacon). because how friendly and informative Krista was! Thank you for this unexpected but very welcome experience! I'm back! Cheese

Staff is friendly, they never mess up our order. Living close to this location we carryout and once I finish my online order, grab shoes and keys and walk there our pizza is done and waiting.

Usually this is THE place to order from...but not tonight. Tonight they couldn't get my order straight if it slapped them in the face ...which is how I felt when asking them to fix my order but apparently ...since the guy didn't hear me correctly..there was nothing to be fixed. Eff..them. I'm choked. I actually walked over to them bypassing several other choices.. .just to not get the one thing I wanted...the sin a Stix . And even tho I'm prolly better off without them....these are the sole reason I started ordering from them to begin with. Ahh well. Next time!

They are usually good, however there was this one driver that was supposed to deliver the food. When looking at the tracker thingy it said he was downtown and never came to my address, didn't even receive a phone call. Then the manager tried to blame me for him not showing up when I brought it to her attention.

I generally love Domino’s pizza, however this location tends to use less than half of the amount of toppings all the other locations in town do. Their pizzas are also noticeably thinner too. For my last order I had 6 small pieces of mushroom on my large pizza and was supposed to have extra cheese but there was less cheese than on a normal pizza at a different location. I’ve ordered from here about a dozen times but won’t any longer.
