I tried the classic burger with pickled beets, which were sweet, juicy, not-at-all sharp, and which pulled the whole hamburger together into a delicious and unique experience. My kids enjoyed the plain burger and cleaned their plates, including the root vegetable chips. I only wish I would have had a chance to try their veggie burger too. View all feedback.

The online ordering system is great, gives you a pick-up time and there were right on the money. The burgers unfortunately are quite juicy so after driving mins home the bun is a soggy mess on one side. The fries are good although I...think someone was quite heavy handed with the salt today. At 1950 D Oak Bay Ave, you will find this small burger joint packed with customers wanting quality burgers, the specialty being pickled beets served in your burger if you order the Beetrice Burger! Sooo good but a bit of a splurge at $11 (taxes incl., yay! . The fried root vegetable chips were a hit, esp. with the chipotle mayo dip, and we could see them slicing them fresh and frying them behind the counter. Vegetarian and vegan burgers available, and salads too. No french fries. Kids' combos available. Everything made with love here that is what you pay for. Limited seating and limited parking during meal times, even the street parking was difficult (but it was 6 pm Saturday . Very cool interior, with funky graffiti ed wall, and small tables. Closed Mondays.
Came across this food truck behind the Royal BC Museum. Great concept truck, the cook is spot on, righteous dude who gets to the point and offers great suggestions. Went with the beets burger. Beef is a great combo meat cooked to perfection. Bun is fresh and soft. Beets...never thought that would work but motha of gawd does it work! An explosion of flavour! Went back and thanked my dude for an excellent food experience! Get the vege chips #awesome

Good tastey food. Great service. Compared to all the other food trucks in the area the best by far on all levels
