Boston Pizza - Victoria

This is the best BP in town. The management and staff are amazing. Always very friendly. We go there lots. Awesome service even when very busy.

Good deals but the service is very off. The server is polite but the service is very slow for a place that is not understaffed; which I noticed with customers around me sitting waiting a long time for the bill so they can pay and leave. I came on a pasta Tuesday and I think they screwed up my order by giving me the Hungry Carnivore when I believe I ordered Smoky Mountain Spaghetti Meatballs. The food was good but feels odd eating what I didn't ordered (guess it doesn't matter because it all costs the same on Pasta Tuesday). Their dessert was very good.

Roooound 2. Uhhh ermmm #riporiginalreview : Anywhos. Basically. Natalie is awesome sauce. Makes us feel at home. erm. She's cool n all. Yal! slow tho nottttt Natalie!! cuz you'll y need the ligh t when it's burning low, only miss the sun when it starts to snow only know you love her when you let her go. We thought she quit but she didn't. Andddddddd we want more Boston pizza adventures. Good ol' B ol' !I...!!!!! BostoknOizza? More like Natalie Pizza.

To say our time was lovely is an understatement and it’s all thanks to our lovely server, Alicia. She went above, beyond, and over the moon to make sure we had a good time. She was extremely accommodating and made us feel so welcome. She kept her cheery attitude even though it was after a long day. Without her we couldn’t have had indulged in bugs and cheese. It was the perfect comfort food after a VERY long day. We will be returning, for the food and the service!

Well! This was a great experience overall, despite some inconvenience along the way. I had ordered a delivery to someone 's house to surprise them for Valentine 's Day. Boston Pizza is one of the only places I could find that does heart-shaped pizzas. There was no online ordering available for the delivery location so I called the store to place the order. I think it was an extremely busy night and the order never came! They said they were terribly sorry and that it must have gotten 'lost in the sauce '! Not to worry though, my person was understanding and BP made sure to deliver the exact order the next day at no charge! They really did step up to the plate(pun intended on this one and go above and beyond to correct an epic failure! Lol Thanks for making this a special night for someone special (even if it was a day late! Pizza in the picture is the Viva Italian!
