Contribute FeedbackBoston Pizza received mixed reviews from customers. Some were disappointed with the lack of sauce on their pasta and cold dishes, while others enjoyed the jambalaya fettuccine and friendly staff. One reviewer found the pizza bland, while another was disappointed that the restaurant still offers straws. However, the Hillside location was highly praised for its exceptional service and delicious food, with one customer even traveling from out of town regularly to dine there. Overall, Boston Pizza offers a varied menu heavily influenced by Italian cuisine, with the potential for slow service during peak hours.
Sunday at about their opening time, doors still locked. Waited briefly for staff to unlock. Obviously the only people in the place and very obvious no one has vacuumed in several days. Lets not forget the dirty Q-tip that greeted us in...the lobby. Carpets were just filthy under what could have been vacuumed up as well. Just screamed that no one cares. Ugh. Server was pleasant enough, of meals were just ok. One was not good at all. While we were waiting for our food and visiting couples) a SILVER FISH FELL from the ceiling somewhere right on our table. Why on earth we stayed I don't know, except that we had already tried to attend the other Boston Pizza at opening time of and no one ever unlocked the doors so we ended up down the road at this one. Two strikes in one go for Boston Pizza Victoria a chain we have always felt was a go-to place but this outing has left us all feeling rather disgusted. YES a Silver Fish BUG. Won't be back.
We went to celebrate a friendship anniversary, we order a pepperoni, mushroom, mozzarella tomato and the new carnivore, Erin T) our waitress was awesome great personality and amazing server. When we told her we were celebrating she gave us a free dessert choco-brownie that was...so yummy. We have a great time. P.S. I had to order a cheesecake just because.
Always a good meal. Salmon done to a tee with veggies and mashed potatoes and Jambalaya Fettuccine. Only five blocks from the Comfort Inn made for a nice walk.
The BOSTON PIZZA Hillside Location is hands down the best BOSTON PIZZA in the world. Seriously! Whenever I am in the mood to visit my favorite chain of Canadian multinational restaurants with locations in Canada, the United States, and Mexico, I always head to the HILLSIDE AVENUE location. I happily make the drive from Duncan, British Columbia every weekend to be greeted by my favorite hosts, servers, and chefs. The staff, especially Sophie, always make me feel like royalty and treat me with the utmost respect. The drinks are delicious and ice-cold, and the food is to die for. Whenever I feel like indulging, I treat myself to a scrumptious dessert and sometimes even a second helping! When I step into BOSTON PIZZA HILLSIDE, I feel like I am home. The staff are more than just people in the service industry; they are friends, family, and genuine individuals who show care and respect for everyone. I hope to spend my final days on Earth surrounded by my friends at BOSTON PIZZA HILLSIDE. Thank you, BOSTON PIZZA HILLSIDE, for everything.
It's New Year's Eve so it's really busy. They gave us somebody else's Pizza. Swapped it for the correct Pizza so no harm no foul. This pizza is the correct size and technically has the toppings we asked for. Goat cheese instead of Mozza... sort of. Artichoke hearts, on at least two of the slices, and some balsamic onions and spinach. It didn't taste bad but it was pretty darn skimpy.
