BiteZ Sandwich Bar - Victoria

I can't say enough great things about this tiny shop! The menu is HUGE and full of gluten free options. They use Origin Bakery Buns to do a majority of Sandwiches offered but our favourite are the rice wraps! The turkey bacon wrap even has cranberry sauce. Chips coleslaw or when they make it.... the best potato salad ever are the sides offered! Friendly service always with a smile and super coffee makes it a favourite for our family.

We ordered three different sandwiches and the unanimous opinion is that they were excellent. Fresh ingredients, made with care fairly quickly. The bread is moist, fresh and delicious and all the ingredients are well thought out and flavors complement each other so well. Things like maple syrup laced mayonnaise, fresh pretzel buns etc. I'd like to see a couple carrots or celery sticks in addition to the available chips or cheese as a side. My only critique.Expect to pay around $10 per sandwich average.

This coffee/lunch/breakfast bar has a nice selection of unusual sandwiches and beverages. I believe this is one of the more healthier places for lunch. I just hope they work on the service as they took an enormous amount of time to prepare even simple items.

Have tried the veal sandwich with all the fixings on two occasionsThe veal was great, the bun was the right texture and flavourful.
