The lady that was working was very rude and snipped at my friend and I. Plus they have no forks for the new nacho bites?
I work down the way from this location and frequently make a visit for the frozen lemonade. Jen, who is mostly the opener, is always so wonderful and makes sure to promptly take care of me as I am usually in a rush. She is someone I enjoy talking with and makes me feel like a friend not a customer!
The staff here was very friendly, but the prices are quite steep. A small dipping sauce costs $1.19, about the same size you’d find at Burger King or McDonald's (see the picture). The pretzels, on the other hand, were soft and fresh, even better than Auntie Anne's, but still too pricy for my liking. We ordered the salted parmesan pretzels on their own and paid extra for the sauce. We got a large pretzel order, and although the sauce was small for $1.19, I really appreciated the staff's kindness. When I asked to buy another sauce, they gave it to me for free.
