Despite some customer service issues and missing menu items, the restaurant is consistently praised for its flavorful food. This is a fantastic sandwich spot with a relaxed vibe. The food is delicious, and the service is quick.
The service and food were excellent, as always, along with my hot caramel latte. We stop here every time we're in Victor. I consistently give it five stars.
So I am giving this place 5 stars because I have been here 3 times now. My favorite is the Buffalo chicken philly sandwich. Their Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich is a close second. I didn't take pics of those but decided to take a picture of the Original Philly Cheesesteak. I decided to go with nacho cheese instead of the other white cheese. The steak was delicious but I really like their chicken better. Their fries are really the best in town. They are not too thick with a nice crisp outside everytime. Really enjoyable.
Unfriendly staff. The food wasn't fresh low quality chicken, stale bread and cookie). The coffee was weak...it tasted so watered down. And as usual this place is still extremely expensive. I probably won't go back.
The food here is great; I really enjoy it. However, it seems like they're often short-staffed, which leads to long wait times. The employees are so busy that there's little opportunity for eye contact or conversation. They seem to rush through their tasks. That said, the Chicken Mediterranean bowl is absolutely delicious.
