The dipping sauce cost $1.19 and was about the same size as those from Burger King or McDonald's (see photo). The pretzels, on the other hand, were soft, delicious, and freshly made. They’re even better than Auntie Anne’s, but the prices are really steep. We ordered the salted Parmesan pretzels on their own and paid extra for the dipping sauce. We got a large pretzel order, and although the sauce was small for that price, I appreciated the staff's kindness when I asked to purchase another sauce—they just gave it to me for free.

I visited today at 11:00 AM with my young children and inquired if they were open. The clerk, a woman with long brown hair, rather rudely responded, “Umm NO, th... read more I visited today at 11:00 AM with my young children and inquired if they were open. The clerk, a woman with long brown hair, rather rudely responded, “Umm NO, that’s why the lights are off,” instead of simply telling me their opening time, which would have been the polite approach. It doesn’t seem unreasonable to ask if they’re open at 11 AM, especially since a mall kiosk may have a few lights off. I hope this unhappy woman finds a more positive place in her life.

I stopped by early in the morning while they were baking their delicious cookies. I asked a lovely lady when they'd be opening, and she told me 11 AM. Since I was a bit early, I took a stroll and then sat on a bench outside to wait. During that time, a rather rude customer tried to place an order, despite the fact that the restaurant wasn't open yet. The lady working handled the situation remarkably well.
