I went here today at 5:00pm in search of purchasing some treats for myself and family. I was interested in a chocolate chip cookie cup with chocolate frosting.... read more I went here today at 5:00pm in search of purchasing some treats for myself and family. I was interested in a chocolate chip cookie cup with chocolate frosting. They only had ones with vanilla frosting. I asked the girl if she could scrap out the vanilla frosting and replace one with chocolate . She rudely said NO, I just cleaned the frosting bags they still had 4.5 more hours before the store closed. She never offered anything as a substitute or a discount on something else. So we left without purchasing anything. We walked by again at 6:30 and they were making new product. Not ideal customer service! Won 't be going there anytime soon.
