My dad enjoyed his sandwich, especially because it came with extra bacon, which was a nice bonus. On the other hand, my bagel wasn't toasted enough for my liking. Despite these minor issues, the food was quite delicious. I felt sympathy for the staff, as it appeared there were only two employees managing everything—taking drive-thru orders, overseeing the inside counter, preparing food, and making drinks. This led to slower service since they were overwhelmed trying to handle all the tasks.

The woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and patient. She offered me the senior discount without me asking and generously gave us extra cinnamon bites since we were uncertain about the amount. It was a truly pleasant experience at Dunkin'!
