I live just about 30 seconds away from the store. I ordered a sourdough breakfast sandwich and got there within a minute, but it was cold and rubbery. Disappointing!
Overall, the food at this restaurant was decent, but there were a few drawbacks. My dad enjoyed his sandwich, especially because it came with extra bacon, which was a nice bonus. On the other hand, my bagel wasn't toasted enough for my liking. Despite these minor issues, the food was quite delicious. I felt sympathy for the staff, as it appeared there were only two employees managing everything—taking drive-thru orders, overseeing the inside counter, preparing food, and making drinks. This led to slower service since they were overwhelmed trying to handle all the tasks.
The donuts at Dunkin' in Manchester are the best, unlike other places where they’re barely frosted and falling apart. There's usually a long wait. Victor's donuts have been the worst I've ever come across. The employees were friendly, though.
Dunkin' offers quick drive-thru service with excellent large black coffee. The staff is welcoming and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable. Their menu has a great variety to choose from.
On our way back to Canada, we stopped at Dunkin' to grab some treats for the trip and to try a few new items. The woman at the counter was incredibly friendly and patient. She offered me the senior discount without me asking and generously gave us extra cinnamon bites since we were uncertain about the amount. It was a truly pleasant experience at Dunkin'!
