The drink ven... read more The food was quite good, but the cleanliness was lacking. The tables were very dirty, and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned at all that day. The drink vending machine was also a mess, and the staff seemed more focused on joking around with each other rather than attending to customers. I would consider stopping by again, but I’d take my food to the park instead.

The portion size was less than what I've gotten at the location in canandaigua so maby they don't follow the same standards. The chips were stale! Not fresh at all and you could tell they have been sitting on the shelf for awhile, not fresh like they were just made.Vegetarian options: There are options for vegetarians.

In person the staff are always friendly... read more This is my favorite Chipotle location. They have generous portions and everything is always accurate on pick up orders. In person the staff are always friendly and very quick and seem to have a great rapport with one another. The overall attitude seems positive and cheerful. You can tell the management values their employees and takes the time to train them and ensure adequate staffing for busy times of day.
