I had the best experience in the pulpits of aunt Em this afternoon! I ordered some pretzel bits and didn't think to ask if it was butter on the product. Blonde moment!!! I developed lactose intolerance as an adult and after taking a bite I could definitely taste the butter. I asked the team if they could replace my order without butter, and they did it at no cost! They were very understanding, it made my day! Thank you. Aunt Em is so flexible! I will be sure not to ask for butter in the future! P. Add a tip!

Great service. Staff was very accommodating, helping our grandsons have two cups so that they could split an order of nuggets.
