We were staying in a hotel opposite and it took a few days to realise we were looking across at a pizzeria in a 5 Star hotel , so low key is their advertising. We booked on line and noticed the on line menu had no prices so were very pleasantly surprised on arrival by how cheap it was, pizzas 8 euro (capriciosa) up and a bottle of decent house wine for 18 euro. Pizzas were excellent. Most customers were local rather... View all feedback.
Beautifully located pizzeria, slightly off the main thoroughfares, with an excellent view over the Bay of Naples to Vesuvius. Staff are extremely attentive and friendly allowing you to enjoy the atmosphere and setting. The food is excellent, one of the best pizzas I've ever had and everything else is to a similar standard. Recommend making a booking as it is extremely popular, especially later in the evening. No bookings are available on Saturday, so be prepared to wait there is an incredible bar attached to the hotel above. Prices are reasonable and there is an excellent selection of local wines. Card payments are accepted but do note that, as with many restaurants, tipping should be in cash.
Sapori Pizza is very famous in the surroundings. The quality of food, the setting, the service is near perfect. We enjoyed every moment of our visit and those special Pizzas we ordered very tasty. The taste of bread and the taste of ingredients were wonderful. The combination of eggplant and cheese is so delicious.
The restaurant is located in five star hotel. It’s appearance and terrace are very intriguing although has poor accessibility and the patio benches are very high and uncomfortable. We tried neapolitan mixed fried appetizers that some of them were just batter balls and also fiore di zucca which the filled cheese tasted terrible. However, the restaurant pizza is great. The pizza crust is very airy, thin, and crispy. We had sant'ilario, l'estiva and il conciato, all of them were very delicious and also reasonable.
Pizza gourmet, very light dough and first quality local ingredients. Fantastic location, with view on Naples gulf. No chance so book in advance, so unfortunately the waiters make pressure to let you finish fast and leave to let the table free for next group waiting outside...
I had read reviews on this place before visiting, I had seen that it is best to make a reservation however we didn't, we arrived about an hour after the restaurant opened and we was able to get a table but it did fill up quickly afterwards. The food was absolutely amazing, the best pizza I have tried in Italy and the price of the food is amazing for its quality. Pizzas are around 8 euros and a beer is around 5/6 euros.
