What Yana S doesn't like about Kalma:
Booked a table for my birthday as I’ve heard a lot about the restaurant. Was told three hours before the reservation that the staff was “busy when I called” and they haven’t actually made the reservation so they couldn’t accommodate us. Was expecting much more from a “high end restaurant”, such a shame. Horrible customer service. View all feedback.
