I really enjoy ordering by numbers, and number 63 is probably my favorite choice. Typically, this numbering system is found in Chinese restaurants, so I’m excited that a Mexican place decided to give it a try! View all feedback.
What MenuPix User doesn't like about El Sombrero Mexican:
They don’t manage large groups very well. Apparently, they've had issues with unpaid bills in the past because we were a Corvette group of about 20-24 people. They wanted to hold a credit card until after we finished our meal. View all feedback.
We (our baseball team and parents) ate there 8/8/10. I have tried repeatedly to contact them about a situation that occured and am unable to get them to answer phone. There was a billing issue that I felt was not handled properly. Food was ok, service was ok neither anything to brag a bout
Cheese Dip is good, Service was good pretty fast. Food was good , I have had Better more Authentic mexican food but by no means was it TACO BELL ! Nice place to eat, new building !
We brought a group of elders and children from a softball tournament to the restaurant around 3:30 or 4 PM when they weren’t busy at all. After I told them we had at least 15 people, they gave us a card and a credit card before seating us. The adults sat at one table, and the kids at another. Shortly after we were seated, the arrogant manager approached our table and informed us that they couldn’t serve us because we had more than 9 people. An argument ensued, and I asked him if he was saying he didn’t want our business. His only response was that it was policy. At this point, his rudeness made it clear we wouldn’t be spending any money there, so we left and went to Rey Azteca Mexican Restaurant. We had a wonderful meal, enjoyed many drinks, and tipped the waiter generously for his excellent service.
