El Ranchero Mexican - Vicksburg

My husband and I were on the way back to Oklahoma City from a funeral in South Alabama when we decided to get a motel room and spend the night. We were so hungry and decided to check Zomato for a good place to eat. We had a wonderful and delicious dinner here. The queen was great. I wish I had the recipe to make it home. I had the best Fajitas ever! We were quickly welcomed and telephoned. Our server was very attentive. Thanks for a great experience.

Not only was our meal (taco salad and burrito supreme) and chips/salsa excellent, but the happy hour 2 fer 1 margaritas for $6.50 blew us away. A little outside of Vicksburg, but as other reviewers have noted it's well worth the trip.

Best Mexican restaurant in Vicksburg. What it lacks in location and atmosphere it makes up for in food quantity and quality. I almost always have the Parilla Mexicana an over the top, sizzling, 3 meat fajita dish with plenty enough to share or take home. Or try the Crazy Burrito which is more than you can eat for a very low price. My current favorites are the Pineapple Fajitas 3 meats and cheese served inside half a pineapple. DELICIOUS! Surprisingly good also is the Tortilla soup better than you've had anywhere else.

¡Qùe autèntico! ¡Qùe sabrosura! Hubby ate so many of the fresh, hot nachos, that within two bites of his dinner, he was full!! I had the Chicken (so delicate with a flavorfull, light cheese sauce) and Mushrooms (robust and juicy). With the first bite, I said, They really ought to take the shackles off of whoever 's Mama and let her outta the kitchen , because it doesn 't get any closer to genuine than this!!!
