Our first time here and I must say, I have no complaints. Very clean restaurant and friendly staff. My husband ordered the salmon and I had the filet, we shared and both dishes were wonderful! I 'm a foodie. This place was a **** shoot since we were traveling through, and boy was it ever.... ****. Worst food I 've ever had anywhere, and anyone who says differently is delusional and has never left the vicinity of this small town. God bless them. I ordered the scampi LOL. Great atmosphere and food! Had the spicy margarita and was good and spicy! We ordered the lamb chop appetizer and it was cooked to perfection. Entrees were shrimp scampi which was great and fried catfish with grilled asparagus. Again, very tasty and cooked to perfection.

The food has really gone downhill, a few years ago it was great, a basket of bread and butter, now when it comes out 2 pieces that aren't very good, everything is so cheaply done and quality is bad
This was the worst experience at a restaurant I have had in decades the food is served in all of these styrofoam and plastic containers that are not only unsightly but bad for the environment no condiments in the bag coffee was so strong you couldn't drink it items were added to our order that we did not ask for the young man that was at the register when I asked him if they had mushrooms for The Omelette he told me no but when I asked the waitress she said yes we do we have mushrooms for the armless I don't know who is running Ameristar restaurants but they need to be fired if everybody else can adjust the Cove it in 2022 I'm sure a million-dollar operation like Ameristar can I just also Haier dishwashers and servers make sure that your people are satisfied before they leave the restaurant so that these type of things never get broadcast all over because I am one who is very honest when it comes to my food if it is not good I will tell you I have until the restaurant can serve meals on real place where real silverware and glasses and cups we will never go back again and I will never give anything less then I real life it really doesn't even deserve a one-star
Best steak in Vicksburg. Dominique served us at the bar and raised the bar!! We loved the view of the Mississippi.
