Le cousco... read more J'ai beaucoup aimé ce restaurant marocain, qui n'était pas loin de mon hôtel... J'ai retrouvé des saveurs, que j'ai connues sur le Continent africain. Le couscous était succulent, le vin marocain fruité...Il y a un excellent rapport qualité/prix, ce, malgré la très grande qualité des mets proposés.

Il manque juste oignons et raisins secs. À ajouter pour que ce soit parfait. Les pâtisseries et le thé à la menthe sont divins. Le décor est très beau à l'intérieur et super agréable en terrasse l'été. La dame à l'accueil et au service est très souriante, réactive et adorable. De la part d'une Casablancaise = Bidaouia. Dès l'entrée ,nous nous retrouvons dans un décors oriental dans toute sa splendeur . L'hôtesse nous offre toujours son plus beau sourire. Pour l'apéritif, opter pour le cocktail maison puis laissez vous guider selon vos envies pour un couscous, un tajine ou simplement pour une grillade quand au dessert et le thé à la menthe... SUBLIME ! Tout est de qualité . Après un repas au RIAD on a l'impression d'avoir voyagé. Merci pour ces excellents moments.

We were loyal customers...until it t... read more We have been frequenting this restaurant for years. The husband is in the kitchen and Malika, his wife, in the dining room. We were loyal customers...until it took a turn for the worse. And there, we feel that something has happened. We will not return there again (it is possible our reasons are not as obvious to passing or less demanding customers)... Here they are: in the dining room, the human warmth has given way to a superficial, disenchanted smile. As for the cuisine... my wife chose a monkfish tagine. Bad luck! The cook apparently does not know that preparing the monkfish takes significantly longer than cooking it. You have to remove the skin, cut the sides, lift the fillets, collect the sides and the central bone for a stock. Then remove the membrane from the fillets, cut them up and... then cook very quickly. Here, on the other hand, in this tagine, we discovered whole pieces of monkfish tail, with the central bone and the skin, cooked for a long time in a sauce that we would describe as indefinable to say the least. The vegetables around weren't any more inspiring. I had couscous: the skewers were nervous, the mutton full of bad fat and the merguez as dry as a stick. Except for tourists who will only come there once, I advise locals to look elsewhere. The Riad is no longer a good address.
