I order an alcohol-free cocktail based on fruit purée. Intrigued by the yuzu proposal, I ask the waitress if the Yuzu is fresh. She goes to find out and tells me that the fruit purée is made with fresh Yuzu. I order and taste. Not the slightest taste of Yuzu, only pieces of green lemon... After adjusting the check, I'm showing my surprise at the bartender. Very haughty reaction on his part: the employee who told me has been there for two days, the cocktail is made based on Monin fruit purée it shows me the bottle ! . I share with his colleague and him my observations on the lower service of the bar: no possibility of salted plates this week to accompany the drinks while they are on the map, purée de fruits Monin without mention of the brand on the map, disappearance of drinks based on fresh vegetable juice... Employee Answers: If you don't mind, you just have to not come back! A very arrogant attitude of this Mr who does not encourage to return from the time of this team, which is added to the incompetence of the service. What a shame!
