The team and chef Sébastien are talented, it is probably THE hidden gem of the region. The menu is copious but we leave feeling light! Franco-Japanese fusion mastered to perfection, so go for it with your eyes closed.

The only downside: the slightly long time between each dish, certainly due to the care given to the same dish.
