I used to come here for Cappuccino and a sandwich, but the sandwich usually is like a package sandwich that goes through a thermo-nuclear oven... so I stopped coming here and go for McDonald for their Coffee and Egg McMuffin instead View all feedback.

Around 4pm on 02/06, we went to this location for cups of coffee and I hope the manager of this location to look at their baristas and give them some training. This is really bad. 1. The female barista worked at this time was so rude. I asked a mini cup of whipped cream for my daughter and after made it, she and her Co-worker did not even let me know. Therefore, the cup sat there in front of people for long until it was melted. More than 15 mins later after my drinks were done, I asked and she pointed out to me the cup. I told her ?may I have the new one because whipped cream was already melted.? She was not happy about that and took it back, threw it away and gave me ?MILK.? I was still calm and asked her ?I?m sorry but I asked for whipped cream, not milk? and the ?crazy? woman just put the whipped cream on top of the milk!!! ???????????? I hope she saw me threw the cup into the trash can.???????????? She may have had a bad day or has been tired, but she needs to behave better. Her attitude is clearly not okay for the business. 2. Even there were so many customers waiting for their drink, the employees still made the drink and food for their Co-worker first. They clearly ignored the simple common rule that ?first come-first serve.? Starbucks has grown world wide and I?ve always been one of the most loyal customers, and spent so much money for their coffee. It just sad to see they are loosing customers for their bad employees like this woman.
Ordered a drink before I went there, and wasn't ready when I arrived. No problem, it happens. After 15 minutes however, I left. And this wasn't the first time it's happened here. You're better off waiting in line and ordering your drink at the counter if you have the time
Nice large seating area. Nice staff and easy parking.
I don?t think I?ve ever picked up an order at this location that was either prepared wrong, missing an item, or took over 30 minutes to be ready despite ordering at least 15 minutes ahead on the app. I?ve had to call customer service to refund my orders at least twice. If you plan to use this Sbux, avoid coming here in the mornings. They seem to be chronically short-staffed and they are working as hard and frantically as possible but can?t keep up with the orders. Management needs to hire more or pay better. Until then, avoid placing orders with this location between 7-9 am daily.
