Food at the height of expectations , excellent quality and combination of flavors . balanced flavors not too potent except for the shrimp croquette that has been an authentic explosion of flavor , the red topping shrimp raw and fresh was exceptional . the ribs were undone in the mouth accompanied by a sweetenered syrup. the ny cheesecake very good but perhaps too cold inside . in general all the dishes have been excellent and the friendly service explaining each dish . a place to try again the rest of the letter
