Superb hotel and restaurant!!! An ideal location. We arrived late in the evening, and the Bel Horizon team prepared a superb dinner for us after the kitchen closed. The very negative opinion on the previously published restaurant having disappeared too quickly, I reiterate my dissatisfaction with the quality of the dishes: reheated sausage and truffade, most likely from the day before, tasteless ratatouille soaking in its juice, wine served undrinkable (bottom of bottle of Pic St Loup which must have been hanging out warm all week). Quality dishes, very well cooked, very pleasant room, a waiter at the top!, damage that it is not accompanied, I know that it is not easy to recruit staff, despite all, we have enjoyed Service: 3
We ate at the restaurant. We enjoyed the menu that was made with excellent products worked with passion. We do not regret having booked in this restaurant. We strongly recommend it.

Excellent welcome and excellent cuisine from the Auvergne region. I went there at noon, then returned in the evening... It's a very human place where you feel good, the finest culinary tradition is served by the owner and his team with sincere good humor. To mark in your travel diaries... Service: 5
