Authorized scammers. Unprofessional attitude when booking. Unfortunately my stay in this place never happened, given how they behaved perhaps for the better I made a reservation for the end of August well in advance with the option of free cancellation if made within 7 days before the scheduled check-in date. It wasn't specified anywhere that there must be a precise reason why a customer can cancel or not, however for privacy reasons they couldn't even ask me regardless. With 9 days' notice I sent the respective email with the cancellation of the overnight stay and to this day I still have not received a refund of the deposit paid because for them my reasons for cancellation were not justified. Having said that, pay attention to these people who, for a paltry €98, even act clever and appeal using Covid as an excuse, from now on you can only cancel if you get Covid?!? Before Covid there were no other reasons then... but do me a favor... I'm free to have my reasons which could be personal and I didn't want to tell you or it could also just be a question of the week I had to come on holiday the weather has rained, I can take a week's holiday a year, I don't want to spend it under water, for me it could have been a more than enough reason, I don't have to answer to you, free cancellation within 7 days did you have it, then? I would like to point out that my (few negative reviews are written without ill-will, for the sole purpose of helping people in their choice and the property to improve, if there is a desire to do so. TO IMPROVE: 1 cleanliness: in 13 days the room has NEVER been cleaned. We limited ourselves to wiping the sink (not even the shower and the floor in the bathroom, and every time the towels were taken away and not put back, you had to ask for them but we talked about it the next day. It seems stupid but....the ladies in charge of cleaning start knocking in the morning and often come into your room while you 're in because they don 't hear the answer and continually ask you when you 're going out so they can do the cleaning (that is... redo the Bed . but making the classic sign available, right? type DO NOT DISTURB/PLEASE MAKE UP THE ROOM. 7 terrible value for money: we paid a disproportionate price for the non-services we received (at least we paid little.... POSITIVE ASPECTS: excellent location, in the center but secluded from the main street. Right in front of the spa. nice view, if you choose a room facing the lake side. on the first day we were assigned a truly claustrophobic room, where two of us couldn 't move. we asked to change and we were satisfied (obviously with the times of the property . I appreciated it. Free and ample parking available to guests, which is essential because parking is paid all around. Quiet IF you are lucky with guests next door. Decent wifi. Ask for the lake view. We stayed 2 nights, well-maintained structure, top breakfast! The only two flaws are the lack of cocoa (for children's milk) and the absence of a hairdryer in the room. Overall I would definitely stay here again! Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5
