Lido Scrajo Mare

One of the most beautiful bathing establishments on the Sorrento peninsula. Always clear water with the possibility of snorkeling and visiting the nearby caves. Sulphurous water springs with a small swimming pool, bar, restaurant and top services make this seaside resort a small pearl of the peninsula. Prices are obviously slightly higher than average but amply repaid by the splendid day.

Very nice, large and clean place set at the beginning of the Sorrento coast under a cliff overlooking the sea. Delicious and elaborate fish cuisine, beautiful presentation and plating but equally good taste and quite generous portions. Friendly service, fast, helpful, competent and polite staff. Online prices that reflect the value of the raw materials, workmanship and attention to detail.

Scrajo is always a thrill to experience. Every year it changes shape because nature, the force of the sea change the beach and give the visitor/swimmer a new setting in which to observe their masterpiece which the owners maintain and enhance with delicacy, courtesy, attention and love to make it a unique place. I limit myself to giving one star, even if that doesn't count either. I don't write anything first of all, because it would be vulgar, but then all the negative things have already been well described by previous users. Negative comments mainly referred to the managers (unpleasant, arrogant, rude) and to the regulations governing beach concessions. I STRONGLY ADVISE NOT ATTENDING THIS LIDO.

The landscape as well as the atmosphere are fantastic...we come here often but this year, honestly we were disappointed by many things. Let's start with the now skyrocketing prices, for example at the bar we ate a caprese... 4 slices of tomato with 3 of mozzarella for €16... unjustified. €30 per sunbed +5 if you book it.. the umbrella is never at the cash register but magically appears at the lifeguards. At the entrance they often say that they have miraculously found a place when then, there are always a considerable number of empty sunbeds. Employees always kind but ownership without regard and attention to the customer. Sin
