11.15pm I went to the McDonald's store in San Martino, a good hotel and I made a request outside of the menu. I basically asked if they had a bag of ice because at this moment at least a moment of let's say basic necessities and I thought you could grant my wish that I need a bag of ice because I had sprained my ankle and in order to go to the emergency room I needed ice because I couldn't stand up and I know but I asked for ice and after five minutes of hesitation the young lady told me that the ice machine was broken so if I was a previous customer and I had asked for a Coca-Cola with ice I am convinced that they would have given me Coca-Cola with ice so why not give me a bag of ice considering that I would have paid for it? Congratulations for this store that will never see me again. Bearing in mind that I don't go around asking for ice if I don't really need it!!!! Service: 1
