Aanrader ! View all feedback.
What Sara Kuhn doesn't like about Caboulis:
we have been guests for many years. there was a change of the owner and jackson moved to the rest. I wish him all good. very disappointed by the food under the new administration, waited for an hour outside in the cold, small portions, bad taste and. quality on the positive side there were beautiful live music for apres ski on Sunday. This is our favorite place for coffee on tomorrow as a ski holiday. also visited in the evening for the raclette. absolutely wonderful eating and super cozy place to get away cold evenings.
Large Swiss menu, if you want the fondue, you must notice. Eat them here some paints and eating is always good quality and very tasty. in the rule they have the her steak, that is the local bark. the salate, which is included in the dish, is first eaten and is very nice, fresh and tasteful. the steak, sweet and chips with a soße of their choice. I usually have the schalotte butter so delicious and melt in the mouth. the restaurant is really rustic with a lot of character.
We stopped here every day either for lunch on the slopes or an evening meal. Its a great place, very rustic and exactly what you would expect from a mountain hut. Firstly the outside, beautiful suntrap just off the main piste. Incredible views down to...the Rhone valley. Good value food (soup was amazing) and drink with really friendly service. In the evening it just got better. A wonderful Fondue (berb and cognac) and on the second night a great Raclette. The quantity and quality was superb and the owner and his tram really friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. It really is a must visit if you are in veysonnaz.
