Local cuisine, neat and fragrant! Herbs from the kitchen garden of the masters of the place. Colorful plates filled with fantasies that delight all the senses! Selection of delicious beverages from the Valais region skilfully paired with the dishes. Excellent service, considerate, anticipated and very warm. Finally, a magnificent place, perched with its view of the plain. Sufficient parking spaces and very neat interior. I also appreciated the magnificent cheese trolley as well as the pretty portraits of the two masters of the place at the entrance. I thank them warmly again for the vegetarian adaptations they are happy to make regarding their superb menus. A vegetarian gourmet in Valais is gold!
