What a gift to chance upon this intimate little Thai restaurant two blocks north of The Fork and The Alimentarium. The menu is only in French but all the Thai favs are there: Pad Thai, spring rolls, pot stickers, panko shrimp...yes! Best to skip the (kind of dry) fried rice. No soy sauce, tofu, Thai iced coffee/tea or jasmine tea—-but the food is great. Order and pay at the counter then choose your seat and they brin... View all feedback.
What Paula Häfliger doesn't like about Sawasdee:
I specifically asked for peanut sauce and they gave sweet and sour instead with the chicken). The reason I'm writing this is because in these times we are barely getting any food that is not burgers, pizza or kebab, and i went to pick up the food myself from Montreux. Guess I should check the food before driving home, but it's sad to have these kinds of problems so frequently all around the area : View all feedback.
I regularly buy the red or green Thai curry there and love it! My favourite is the Prawn versions, fresh and spicy as it should be! Reminds me of my asian travels.
