My disappointing rating is due to the waitress who spilt a whole bowl of satay sauce over our fellow diner’s blouse and although profusely apologised, offered no compensation when the bill arrived. Quite frankly, if you ruin someone’s dinner experience (and blouse! the least you can offer is a discount on the bill or cover drinks as a gesture of goodwill!!!!!
