I must say it was an excellent d... read more This was a new one, at the loose end decided to drive to cura di vetralla and try a lunch from the city. we have chosen tuscie. I must say it was an excellent decision. we are there at 12.40 clock. In... only after 1 clock the place was filled with locals, clearly the booking at the weekend would be advisable. eating was the first class, the Porcini season and we made the best of it. a lot of serving, service excellent. the house wine is practically free €6 a liter) and very drinkable. the desserts saw all be made home. I'm just sorry I didn't fit anything else. I may have to go on Saturday for a second run in the menu. the card from the restaurant says Tuesday and Thursday they have fresh fish and they are always open. reasonable prices. there is a free parking opposite.

I asked a local for a good restaurant and she suggested me to go to Tusciè. The tagliata di mango with porcini was tender, juicy and tasty. Most likely the best piece of steak I’ve in years. As for dessert I had the ricotta tart with dark cherry jam. I had to ask for a second one… it was that good. The amaro Etrusco recommended by the owner was one of the finest amaro I’ve had. What a gem! The price was more than acceptable for the quality and serve size. I would go there everyday if I had the excuse to. Highly recommended by all means!
