Ordered as early as 5pm for an 8pm delivery. At first they emailed they'll be late, after long wait they emailed they were cancelling the order. They took them long to realize the order wasn't going to happen and its too late for me to order to another restaurant due to the time they notified. Food tasted great but was misinformed about the delivery time which took 1.5hrs instead of 0.5hrs
Food tastes different. The plating of food on the take out box looks garbage.
The crabstick in the california is old stock already. I vomited it.
I just want to report an incident earlier. I ordered my food from Yoshinoya. Order number: p8gg-qees; Total: P298.00. Nag sabi ako ng change for P1k through your chat support na initially inacknowledge ni Raqin accdg to Eric. I spoke to 2 reps. Dumating ang food ko and inabot ko sa delivery man ang P1k. Here's our convo with the delivery man: DM : wala po ba kayong barya? Me: wala kuya and nagsabi po ako change for P1k DM: kahit nagsabi po kayo wala pong binigay panukli Me: (shookt. Anong sense nong nagsabi ako through chat. Bumalik akong apt to check if may barya ako. Unfortunately, wala. Pero buti na lang kasama ko roommate ko and nakahiram ako P300) Sa tagal ko ng nago-order ng food online ngayon lang to nangyari. Hoping this won't happen again. Their Gyudon is well cooked as well as their Beef noodle. Delivery was fast and still served warm. Tiramisu is also yummy
