Papa John's Pizza - Vestavia Hills

Absolutely the WORST! Place to get pizza!! Dont waste your time and money. I have been let down over and over but keep trying them because they are close to my house. Im completely done with them now. The pizza is usually good but.... they over charge,are very rude, leave out parts of your order, and generally just dont give a !

Papa Johns in Vestavia Hills, Alabama is awful. I don't know if the online operator got the order wrong or the ones in the store did. I asked to have no onions on my buffalo chicken papadia but they put them on it anyway. They gave me buffalo sauce with myBBQ papadia. The buffalo chicken papadia tasted like it had cinnamon on it. It was very sweet. When I called to tell them whatwas going on, Logan acted like he didn't care at all. I will continue to keep ordering from Domino's.

Jonathan F. the manager at this particular Papa Johns was AMAZING. He created the best meal for us. Everything was fresh and baked with Care and Love. This was hands down our most memorable Carryout Experience. This location will always be our first choice for pizza. The customer service and experience was outstanding. Thank You Jonathan F, you are truly valuable to Papa Johns.

Staying at 226 Summit Parkway in Homewood. We call to order a pizza and Robert answers the phone. After giving Robert my info he says we were out of his delivery area. I said Robert you're only 2.6 miles away. Doesn't matter says Robert. OK where should I call to get an order. Robert gives me another number to call. I call the number. I tell the young man the problem so he calls Robert. Still can't get a pizza. Next location is 2.8 miles away. What is wrong with this picture? OK, thanks Zaxby's for a cheaper and better meal.

Ordered pizza for my daughter and her friends for dinner last night and my pizza arrived cold, greasy, and bunched up on one side of the box. Some pieces were folded and flipped upside down. Called the store and she said in the most annoyed voice ever that she would replace it and that it would take an additional 35-40 minutes for delivery or I could come in. I live ONE MILE away from the store. It shouldn?t take that long to correct something you all messed up. Secondly, I paid for delivery so that I wouldn?t have to leave the house. I?ve ordered from this location about 4 times since I?ve moved here. Every single time but ONCE my pizza has been cold. Now this. Last time ordering from them.
