Donatos Pizza - Vestavia Hills

Donatos is my favorite. Our food is always amazing and our service is nothing short of the best. I mean, our driver even calls us to tell us when he's stuck in traffic, and that he hasn't forgotten about us. Hands down, food and service, 10/10.

One of the very few BEST pizzas I've ever had. Got a bacon and beef and their regular crust ,sauce,cheese,and the toppings were amazing to say the least. A definite 5star and look forward to returning. Worth every penny (but they're reasonably priced ,too!

Historically we have had a good experience however tonight was different. My wife stopped in to order a pizza to go. Unfortunately the staff was not helpful and quite frankly just rude. When did it become unacceptable to ask how much your pizzawill cost while giving your order ? Don't know if they have changed management/ownership but as of tonight we are done.

Build your own thin crust with jalapenos, came covered in a single layer of fresh jalapeno slices that offered a solid but by no means scorching heat level. The crust was a bit to dusty , floury for my taste and did not feature the baguette or ciabattalike breadiness that I prefer.

Granted this is a chain, but the pepperoni pizza is one of the best around. We always get takeout so I don't know much about the service or atmosphere. It seems to have a fast casual vibe.
