Great choice great service excellent pub all this makes it perfect for just about every occasion .And the prices are great too!

Meal was OK but staff seemed in a rush to finish. No dessert or coffee was offered. After receiving the bill we didn't see the waitress again. Other customers asked for coffee just after 9 and were told the machine had been turned off. Unfortunately the service (or lack of) makes this a disappointing place to eat.

We went for Sunday lunch following a show that our daughter had been in during the morning. The food was excellent. Big portions, good variety of vegetables, massive Yorkshire puds and loads of meat. All very well cooked. We feel it is good value for money and would recommend it to others. Service was quick and helpful Booking on line made it very easy

Lovely food, bit slow in coming but cooked to perfection especially the fantastic range of vegetables not to mention the Tanglefoot Pie so well worth the wait. Friendly atmosphere, pleasant ambience, real fire much appreciated on a cold day and would definitely recommend dining at The Monmouth Ash.

Always a winner when choosing a local pub. Good menu, friendly service, good value, good atmosphere. Love it there.
