Originally from Brittany, we did not dare to cross the doors of the two crêperies...We fell on this restaurant with a nice setting with its large beams. Welcome kindly by the server that placed us and proposed the map. This was reasonably varied since, visibly, the chef is not looking to do anything and anything...Not being under the conditions of enjoying a gastro meal, we opted for the fish and chips and burger. The fish net was good but without more, the fries on the other hand had an original cut and were not even fat. As for the burger, in addition to its originality in Nantes, we know the same but with the cheese the nantais curé), long ago I had not eaten such good in France. A sacred chopped steak cooked as requested, mellow bread, Brie in sufficient quantity to not kill taste. Same fries as fish. A feast and so copied that I couldn't finish the fries and the salad!! However, the room would require a little more heating...The set for 20€/person, drinks and coffee included. Redo!
A stressed boss a waitress who passes for overflowing, with 5 guests. Nothing under the 20€ for a quality that has nothing of a gastronomic and in Vertus not a big metropolis.. I'm a champenois but I'm not a champagne winemaker! A call menu at 15€ with simple but well made dishes would be a plus!
Surprised by the speed of service of the chosen dishes on the map??? and by the price of the drinks, especially the "half-cut" of local champagne .déçu, I would not recommend.
No opinion on the kitchen because we couldn't go home to taste it. From 1:30 pm, pass your way, they no longer serve.
We had lunch with a nice pinot noir. The service was kind and rafty. We ate duckpot with vegetables and fries. At request, we got a big plate extra fries. A large double espresso made it perfectly. The restaurant's been cleared with a walk to the hotel lobby. For the hot pull, a tragedy. Not for high-level lunches or dinners.
