Very disappointed with this experience! This is the last time I put my feet in this subway. The waitresses were not friendly, no smile, no care with our order. A slice of pepperoni fell into the oven during cooking, the waitress put it in the sandwich. I find that hygiene is to be revisited. The room is small and dark, but functional and clean.
I get out of the doctor's house, my daughter has food poisoning!! I thought cleanliness was more than average, I should have listened to and turned around. Thanks for paying attention to your next customers, health is important.
There is a gentleman who has been working there for years, I already saw him in 2013 or 2014 when I worked next, and who has TOUJOURS the smile, is TOUJOURS hyper welcoming, TOUJOURS very friendly. Just for that, it's worth the five stars.
Restaurant lost speed. A few years ago, prior to the owner change, the team was smiling and personalizing the customer relationship. Now it's more oriented Uber Eats, the room, the fountain and the service have lost in quality. Edit: I heard the experience and the team at this noon did the service well, with the smile as a bonus despite the rush. I'm going back to my note.
Once again we order online, and the result is the same as the last time: two bad sandwiches. I am pregnant and chosen Subway for its wide choice and panel of ingredients. And no care is given to the order You order a sub 15 chicken césar sauce cucumber tomato salad, you find yourself with beef, bacon or pastrami (what I'm not entitled) ... so you can't eat. A pleasure! Last order at home especially by reading the other comments: if you’re not behind the person who makes your order: they don’t care. Before the owner answers: we have already made the claim to the delivery service but the problem comes from you not from them.
