It was not our first visit. We loved our last session. However this time we were disappointed by the service which was not at the level the place deserves. We waited a long time to be taken care of when we sited, to pass the...order. Sometime we felt we were forgotten about. It is true that this time the place was full. You absolutely must try the chicken at L’Auberge d’Hermance. I have never tasted a chicken like this before. Succulent, tender and very tasty. Service is top level: friendly yet professional and fast. Atmosphere is rich and traditional. Great place to take your business partners to. Valet parking is a classy addition to the overall experience as there is nowhere to park in Hermance. Please don’t forget to tip the valet) Not all starters are worth your money though. Winter salad is the one to avoid.
