But the food was reall... read more I was so so disappointed with this place. I was hoping it could be our new canteen to take the kids to regularly as the menu looked good. But the food was really disappointing. Everything seemed reheated, the ribs were tough instead of falling of the bone and the portions were really tiny. My 9 year old had the adult sized ribs and was really hungry afterwards. We all were. We had to go and get a crepe to fill us up elsewhere. Such a shame.

The welcome was warm, the owners are incredibly accommodating and attentive, making sure we had a wonderful time. And the food is just as good as it has been for years. I highly recommend it if you're a fan of American cuisine. One of my favorite restaurants in Versailles.
