We walked in around 5:45 PM, to which there were zero customers inside... read more We stopped by this restaurant for a nice dinner after exploring the palace of Versailles. We walked in around 5:45 PM, to which there were zero customers inside. We were promptly greeted and directed to a table. We were pleased with the air conditioning inside the restaurant, as the previous restaurant that we almost settled at did not have any AC. In my opinion, all four dishes that we ordered tasted delicious! We had the waiter recommend a pizza flavour to us, and it ended up being scrumptious. The ball of mozzarella was soft and light, and paired perfectly with the saltiness of the cured meat on top. The pasta had a nice flavour and the perfect amount of sauce to noodle ratio. I was particularly impressed by the sauteed vegetables, as it was something I had never tried before and never knew existed in Italian cuisine. It reminded me of Chinese stir-fried vegetables, nice and soft, with a hint of oiliness to bring out the flavour. Overall, we were quite pleased with our dining experience at this restaurant. The service was decent as well; highly recommend trying out this place for some authentic Italian food!
